yeah. very famous dish in my country. Dish is called Biryani. Has many types including: Vegetable, Chicken, Veal, Lamb, AND MANY MORE! ...With spices. Yougurt mixed with mint, cilantro, cucumber, black pepper, salt, and some water makes good sauce!
