The real CR-5400 went out of production around 2010. These days any CR-5400 you find on the Internet are counterfeit. There is NO best adapter; their quality varies a lot.

These adapters are more so lottery. If it doesn't work buy another one from another seller.

Also I have broke many, they are poorly made. If you get one try to leave it in your PSP. I got 2 64gb Micros, and have not touched my latest CR-5400.

The adapters are indeed a lottery these days, but I'd go for the CR-5400 anyways. They're cheap and dual-slotted, so they're your best bet if you want lots of capacity cheaply. I bought two of them, one works without a hitch, the other works perfectly when in single SD mode and lags a bit in dual SD mode (which unfortunately causes POPS Loader incompatibility), but otherwise they both work fine.

The CR-5400 has been good for me. Like others said it does feel cheaply made even for the legit version but that is mostly due to how thin it has to be a la microSD/SD adapters. Just leave it in your PSP and transfer things via USB mode.

You just have to buy and try. Their quality varies so even the same seller might have good and bad ones mixed in the same batch. If it doesn't work buy another one. You'll eventually come up with one that works for both slots.

So, anything I have to do speical to 64gb and bigger cards? I heard you have to like format it to sdhc but windows doesn't allow to. Would formatting the card with a PSP be sufficient enough?

For SDXC (64+ GB), speed must be UHS-1 or below. UHS-2 is a complete departure of SDHC and will NOT work.

You need to formate the card in FAT32 (using Panasonic SD card formatter). Don't get into too much into buying faster card, since adapter will slow it down anyway. Also avoid using compressed ISO with the adapter.
Whatever you do avoid the black ones. Afaik the legit ones were only ever made in white.
Doesn't matter, since you can't find legit one on the market anymore. Legit one went out of production years ago.

If it doesn't say UHS but says Class instead you're good.

And I should warn you right now, some of these adapters are so bad that they can kill microSD card. Better use a cheap one as a test (ones you can afford to lose), before you pop that 64 GB.

Yep, and make sure to test both slots.

I had horrible experience with these adapters, one doesn't work at all and one fried my 32 GB microSD card. $20 worth of memory card went down the drain.
