Hacking updated 7.0 on the emuNAND, and...............

it WORKS

the system and games run fine, but it hangs when opening MiiVerse and hangs also when accessing system settings, which means I cannot create NNID (required for downloading on the e-shop)

UPDATE 1: HANGS also when accessing Nintendo e-shop, HANGS when opening Mii Maker, HANGS when updating Streetpass Mii Plaza

UPDATE 2: ROMs built with SDK >4.5 won't load, just like the old GW 1.x (so, if you want to play those game, do not attempt to update your emuNAND)

seems like all Nintendo online services are blocked
GW better make a quick fix fast

Yea people already know this, probably because EmuNAND doesn't have any way of accessing Miiverse yet or the system settings on 7.0 yet either, just need to wait for a update is all I can really say

like to add, playing bravely default (E) and when i boot on emuNAND 7.0 the language switches to Japanese but reverts to English when I've loaded my save

Everything related to the new firmware is not working: Mii Plaza update not working, eShop not working, Mii Universe, etc; everything else that wasn't updated works normally.

Hey im one of the few who didnt get to update my emunand to 6.3 due to the servers going down for the update. If i update my emunand from 4.5 to 7.0 will it work? With some or all features?

I actually just updated my emunand. Here is what I tested:

emunand classic mode: retail cards work. I tried ALBW, NSMB2, RE:R
emunand 3ds: roms do not detect at all. Batman blackgate which showed up on my emunand prior to the update does not show up at all. The same for any other rom I tried to boot. I don't know what the guys above me did but I can assure you 100% that they do not work! This is on emunand fw 7.0x...

I tried Mario Kart 7 and Splinter Cell 3D on GW mode (7.x) on emuNAND and i can assure that it worked....... I'll try more ROMs soon

Just to be clear, I read that you don't need emuNAND to run ROMs and that Gateway 2.0b1 will play everything except the NAND save ROMs without emuNAND. Does that not mean that if you try running the ROM not in emuNAND mode, but with the Gateway 2.0b1, it should still work? And then if you want to play a retail game, you can still use emuNAND classic mode. Sorry if I'm way off here - my Gateway is still on its way so I don't have a way to try anything or test this myself.

sorry, I have just tested that ROMs built with SDK >4.5 won't work, FW7 looks like "downgrade" GW to the old 1.x or something like that
