When I use anytitle delete v1.1 on my vWii it says your system menu and SYSCONF regions differ (semi brick?) sysmenu; 1 sysconf; -24578 proceed with caution! Is that normal on a vWii?

I would not recommend using AnyTitle Deleter at all on vWii. I rarely use it on my normal Wii that has BootMii/Boot2 and several NAND backups even.
one mistake can cause a partial or full brick.

What were you planning on doing with AnyTitle Deleter in the first place?

I was going to delete some wiiware.
That's what Data Management is for. You should never use software like that on a vWii. You shouldn't even be using it on a real Wii unless you have proper brick protection and have no alternatives, which very extremely rare.

The vWii does not have the same software or firmware as a real Wii, and I wouldn't trust the results of such an outdated app on it. If you aren't having any problems, then don't worry about it.
