Hacking Fix for the HBC with the v4.0 Wii U update

I haven't updated my system to latest due to the aspect ratio problem. Is the problem just in HBC, or others as well? I use the following:
Wiiflow, Devolution, Gecko 1931 for Wii game cheats, fsce9x and snes9xgx)...

What are the following steps or is there a link with direction I can follow please?

For the record all I want to do is run GX Loader off a SD card to play games Wii games of my external hard drive that I use for my Wii which is already hacked.

Pick either of those guides. Follow them. Install the wad in the first post.

So long as you run this first, everything you run under it will work fine.

As part of either of the guides you follow, you will use a Wad manager to install other wads. Install this wad the same way.

I'm pretty sure no other HBC forwarders exist besides mine. You are probably thinking of the actual HBC.

I also wonder about this; I assume we should not delete the actual HBC-channel? We have to keep both until they update HBC?

Correct. This just loads the HBC without the patch.

Lol, wow. I guess I still have the wads on my mediafire account. I'll need to update them for the latest HBC and make them vWii compatible, but I'll upload them later today (or later if I forget).

Not to be awkward here, but is there anyway you could make a forwarder with the exact same colors as the original? I'm trying to make mine look as "stock" as possible while continuing to work.

My plan is to dump the stock forwarder on the last page of channels and replace it with one of your working ones.

I changed the banner for a reason. I didn't want to straight-up steal their work. I feel kinda guilty as it is, because I'm sure they worked very hard on it. Another reason was to make sure people didn't confuse it with the real HBC.

If you really want to make one with the original banner, I suggest installing a very old version of the HBC on a real Wii (4.1 or below or it will just get deleted). I think v1.0.4 or something should do it. You'll then need to dump it with something like YABDM and use the banner and icon on any one of my HBC forwarders.

Hm. Well, I'm certainly not going to start messing about with stuff like that.

Looks like my forwarder will be bright pink for the forseeable future.
