I want lucario in my team but I have no idea what to kick out. My present team looks good to me but I really want a lucario. Should I rid pikachu?

from what i read about pokerus

you pokemon grow better with pokerus
and
at 12am(midnight) (when the 3ds time hits that) pokerus will be cured and can no longer be spread by the pokemon that has it, but pokerus effects stay

you can keep a pokemon with pokerus if you keep it in a PC box or daycare before 12am (midnight)

Bwahaha the catch rate is like 100%. I threw a Quick Ball without even weakening it and got it.

Also, has anyone found the creepy ghost thing in Luminose City? There's one of those flats on the North Avenue where on the second floor the screen starts flashing, a ghost person appears, floats past you very slowly and says something like "It's not here"... It creeped me out a bit. I wonder what's the point.

Do you have any idea where it was? I love stuff like this, but couldn't find it..

Like I said, one of the generic looking multiple-floor flats on North Avenue in Luminose City, second floor. I can't quite remember which one but there's only like two or three of the buildings that fit the description.
