Just because a site has a .com or claims it's in the US doesn't mean it ships it's products out of the US.

Ah, very good. I went ahead and ordered one from modchipfactory. Though, it says my order is processing. Is that pretty typical for this site? I haven't had an order of anything sit in the processing stage for a long time.
These are cheap Chinese resellers, they do things by hand and usually the cheaper the site you order from, the less automation they have so the longer it takes to go through.
