Hacking d2x cIOS/DOP-Mii Freezing...

Hello,

I'm having a little problem trying to mod my Wii, and I figured you guys might be able to help me out.

First of all, here are my Wii specs:

Model: RVL-101(USA)
Color: Black
Firmware: 4.3u
Controller: Wii MotionPlus INSIDE

I've installed both The Homebrew Channel and BootMii using the LetterBomb method, and I think both went okay. I've tried to move on to the next steps, installing a USB Loader GX, and this is where the trouble begins.

The problem is this: I try to run both d2x cIOS and DOP-Mii, and both freeze on the page with the "Press (a) to advance" text on it. It's like the controller just stops working. I press A, and every other button, and nothing happens. I can't advance.

I'm attempting to run the apps from a PNY 16GB flash drive in FAT32 format, if it matters.

I'm pretty much brand new to all of this, so I have no idea what the problem is, let alone how to fix it.

Any ideas (a) what's up, or (b) how I can fix it?
