Try cover/emu/brewflow n°2.

Thanks to wiimpathy's last scummvm I've successfully added Zak McKracken for C64 to my Frodo coverflow. Again, thanks!
For some reason, however, hidden categories do not work with my 'regular' Scummvm plugin, maybe because of scummvm.ini I don't know.
Are hidden categories working for you?

You can't hide the games with the scummvm plugin, that's the way it's impemented in Wiiflow.
A solution is to put the scummvm-alt.dol and a scummvm.ini in /WiiFlow/plugins/scummvm-alt. Edit your game plugin (zak.ini?) : dolfile=scummvm-alt/scummvm-alt.dol
Then, delete the duplicate in the original /WiiFlow/plugins/scummvm.ini.
That's my setup cause I combined the 2 plugins but maybe it's not what you want. No other quick solution since the scummvm.ini's location is hardcoded and parsed that way.

@sion_zaphod
It could be a good idea at least for games that require multi plugins. Not sure how we'd create a list of working/not working games first. Don't know much about dol loading either. However, if you feel motivated I'd be happy to test. A bit late here, goodnight.

Once more PL4 introduced a tiny but brilliant feature in a very elegant manner.
It's On the fly mios installation to allow simultaneous use of GC and QF from Sd or USB.
mios installation takes a couple of seconds making this even more practical.
So, what do you think Fix?

New postloader is good but keeps giving warnings if it needs to install a wad. Also it doesn't always work unless SD card is inserted even if using diosmios not dml and qf4.1 not lower. There is another project working on multiple MIOS slots. That would save multiple writing to NAND.

If you find issues in postloader, please report in the right thread.

note: multiple writing to NAND is NOT a problem. If you think that nand can be corrupted with writing you should keep your wii off.

Only tried new postloader last night at about 2 am. And I don't think that continually writing to nand is a bad thing just that it adds time to boot a game. Will post the SD issue later on google code page. Apologies x

mios is updated only if you change source. For example, if you start gc game from usb, dm mios is written once. Starting any other gc game from usb will not require any mios rewrite.

here http://gbatemp.net/threads/postloader4.299384/ is better ;)

If fix will implement this, we also need a common way to understand which mios is currently installed ;)

Maybe fix can save mios settings in a nand save that all loaders can use.

this will require a runtime patch for loaders running in ios58 to read the savegame... and it will take some time every time you need this information. Maybe a ini file in \wads folder (I think that everyone has a wads folder) is ok.

i like the idea of writing mios on the fly. it would make my life easier. maybe we can have a special beta that does this for only users who want it/look for it, maybe like a not4newbs edition or something to scare off n00bs.

Exactly what I wanted! Thanks you're great!
