Hacking New 3DS update?

Hi guys, I'm on the 5.1.0-11E update and today my 3DS is asking to update? Did anyone else get this update and does it block any cards at the moment?

Edit: Tried the update for the hell of it and it says update failed

I opened up the eShop today and I got an update too. But it was really quick compared to previous system updates. After that was done, upon entering the eShop again it told me there was a new Swapnote update.

5.1.0-11 probably as that is where you get the new Swapnote/Letterbox update. Boot up Swapnote, and if you get a not from Nikki saying to update, and the last page has an E-Shop logo you press to update, then I am probably correct.

there's no update guys past 5.1.0-11 in any region as i type this

it was most likely a software update notification for either ambassador programs, or some 3ds/dsi ware
