I just made a little adjustment to the Neek2o plugin I had made for WiiFlow so that now it works with CFG.
You just copy the file, replacing your existing mighty.dol file.
It will ask your existing Neek2o installation to run the VC or WiiWare channel from emuNAND for it which should give it the best compatibility possible.

If you have the nSwitch / Neek2o channel (NK2O) installed on your emuNAND and you want it to return to real NAND when you leave the channel use this one

Otherwise, use this one which will return you to your Neek2o system menu.

EDIT : of course what would be NICE would be to have both plugins and have the option in CFG itself to choose which one to use ... But that option would have to be added by the devs and it still works fine without that option.

What is the cheat format for GC games that are supported by this?

Since I can't get that homebrew that allowed booting up the AR for GC games to work, I see now how cfg supports .cht files for GC games too. But one game that it's refusing to find any codes for is Paper Mario : 1000 year Door for the GC. I really want to finish that game already, and it's long overdue IMO. And since the loader refuses to find the codes to download, I was even getting to the point of wanting to write the file myself. But I'll freely admit I wouldn't know how. I would imagine it supports similar/same codes to the official AR codes, which would be fine with me.

Thanks for the advice, I tried using pimp my wii to update everything, but I don't know what 'c2x beta 52' is or how to install it. This might be really obvious, but I couldn't figure it out or google an answer successfully. Sorry, I'm really not knowledgeable in this stuff yet.

It is your USB drive. It is probably 3.0, which is supposed to be backwards compatibile with 2.0, but is apparently not very Wii-friendly when it comes to synchronization. Other users, including myself, have reported the same issue when using USB 3.0 HDDs. Also, with these drives, if you spend too much time in the game-list screen on CFG, the drive will enter standby and the preamble music won't work for the game images, the program will report the file sizes as 0.0 GB, and unless you go into the options and reselect the USB drive under 'change device,' the program will throw a fit and go into the dump-screen when you try to load a game image. I'm not too knowledgeable about this stuff either, but I was hoping that the startup synchronization could be fixed by the program sending some kind of kill-power command to the USB port for a second or two, right before the synchronization is supposed to occur, to mimic the act of manually unplugging and plugging the cable back in.

And for some reason, not all USB 3.0 drives cause the issue. I have two of the exact same Toshiba Canvio Basics 3.0 drives and only one of them is doing it, while the other one synchronizes just fine. I'm going to look into it further, compare the settings between the two drives and see if I can pinpoint a more exact reason when I have a chance. I'll report back if I find anything.

And next up on the completely worthless contribution awards...

As with sticker star, I have miserable luck with a lot of the timing-based stuff. And the official AR codes are all I'd really want or need. It would be motivation enough to pick it up and marathon through it, even.

Just recently bought a MotionPlus for my Wii U, and ran into a predicament. cfg70 with revisions 14 and lower work in vWii, since the MotionPlus lib hasn't been compiled yet. But of course, I can't use my new controller. Any other revisions, from 15 to 51, has MotionPlus working, but that's it. After running my burned games, it simply freezes after "Block IOS Reload". I turned it off, and it still freezes. I can work around it by sticking with an old revision, but it's quite cumbersome to open cfg usbloader with my MotionPlus, and grabbing my regular Wiimote to select the game.

Clearly this isn't a problem with the regular Wii, or you would see threads about it everywhere.

Piggybacking on the cheat question, how do you get cheats working in WiiWare games, if it all? I've downloaded the gct, txt file, turned on Ocarina, tried the VBI hook and no hooks, and nothing's worked so far. Am I just choosing the wrong hook? The game in question is Blaster Master Overdrive, if that makes any difference.

And what about Gamecube games for CFG Loader mod? GCN games have titles but aren't stored in that list so where are they pulling the title from?
