As some of you know, Microsoft is trying so hard to jump on the Tablet bandwagon that it's backfiring on them.
They are trying to consolidate and make an all-in-one look and O.S/Interface for PCs, Servers, Tablet and now even your hotmail or msn account. Granted not a lot of people use hotmail/msn but some still do.
Recently, Microsoft changed the default interface of hotmail into the horrible Outlook 2013 interface.
I am going to list the top ten reasons why this new look is horrible and why it sucks so much shit from an asshole:

1. Looks like Windows 8
2. Looks like Windows 8
3. Looks like Windows 8
4. Looks like Windows 8
5. Looks like Windows 8
6. Looks like Windows 8
7. Looks like Windows 8
8. Looks like Windows 8
9. Looks like Windows 8
10. Looks like Windows 8

Well, that's it boys and girls. Make sure you learn your way around that Metro interface because pretty soon Windows Blue will come out and change the interface all over again.

This thread is so crappy I don't even

Windows 8 is the new MS OS, people are adopting it and it WORKS WELL. Deal with it, or stay on Win98.

I deal with it every day. It will remain crappy. Windows 8 will live in infamy as the shittiest O.S. ever and Microsoft's desperate attempts to match Apple in the tablet sector.
Windows 8 will be compared to Windows ME (Mistake Edition) and Windows Vista.

Install Start8, and enjoy a faster and more stable Windows 7?

Canned? By who?
By Microsoft.

Hello,

As you may have heard, starting April 8th, 2013 we are bringing the great features of Messenger and Skype together, including your IM and contact list. (April 8th is the first day that you may be required to upgrade to Skype).

We know saying goodbye can be hard, but don't worry. Not only will all your Messenger contacts appear in Skype when you upgrade and sign-in, but you can also redeem a free welcome gift. Follow the instructions below to enjoy calls to landlines and mobiles around the world, group video calling, group screen sharing (and more) absolutely free for a month. We want to thank you for being a Messenger customer and even more, are excited to welcome you to Skype!

Microsoft, I know there killing MSN Messenger in favor of Skype since they bought em out

http://www.t3.com/news/microsoft-to-shut-down-windows-live-messenger-for-good-on-march-15

Not sure if its just the messenger system or everything but there was emails and such sent about it since they bought Skype

Ok, i know about that but you said MSN is being canned because they own Skype.
So we're not confused, let me explain one more time. I am talking about MSN and HOTMAIL email accounts where the interface has changed to the horrible Windows 8/Outlook 2013.

Why do i have to install third party tools? What about corporate customers where you can't install third party tools? Why do you have to install a tool to make customers more comfortable with a shitty os?
I've installed some Win8 computers for a corporate customer, but he hasn't called me yet whining on how he didn't like the new OS.

Maybe he just clicks that "Desktop" button and just doesn't cares about the rest, like any normal person would do?

Look, in some corporations where security is enforced, third party tools are not allowed in a corporate image. But that's besides the point. The point is why do you have to install a tool to make this new Windows more familiar to your customers? Where is the value added in a corporation by introducing a major learning curve for customers? What do you gain by learning the new shitty start menu called Metro?
The only thing you get by this OS is wasted time.

And that's why I said you don't have to install anything, just use the Desktop function, which is more or less Windows 7?

That's where everyone's confused because there's no Start Menu.
Not to mention here Outlook 2013 where you need a pair of sunglasses because of the whiteout emitted from the screen.

Microsoft will recover though. They have billions.

I love change. I love Metroid Other M. I am the first to embrace change. I just can't embrace shit that stinks.
But you know what's worse in this whole consolidation? They've changed the Server 2013 layout too because they want to dumb down Network/Windows admins.
Are you fucking kidding me?
