Hacking I may have found out which game was used for the hack?

I know many people may have already said this. But i think the game that was used was Mario kart 7 because when you go into the time trials list thing and the streetpass thing, it is accessed by the sd card, so you may put the homebrew files in there and it will show up on the screen where the ghost time trials are. It is just a suggestion, do any of you have any other ideas?

all you will need is the game that runs the exploit and ether a soldering iron or (not shure if will work) save dongle
(there is a slim chance that set up may be needed) anyways info on the exploit is scars that about all we know

At least for Yellows8's savegame exploit, it can't be MK7 because it uses the new save file.

Neimod used Yellows8's hack to connect his 3DS to the computer. That's the reason why he used that board. You don't need the board to use the hack.
The hack uses the SD card and that's confirmed by Yellows8. It uses a edited savefile which you can upload on the 3DS game using the R4i-sdhc.com save dongle, a DS lite or another save dongle. The game can't be LEGO The Lord of the Rings because LotR uses the new decription which no hacker encrypted when they said that they have a hack.

a) Yellows8 said that there is a E-Shop version of a game which you can exploit AFTER you've exploited the original cartridge because you have to dump the movable.sed to find the keys for the save file on the SD card.
b) You can't edit the save file at the SD card without the movable.sed but you can edit the save file of the cartridge version with a save dongle or a DS lite.

will there be an update to it so we can get it from just the sd card like letterbomb in the wii?After you used the Cardridge hack once, many things can be done (like starting the hack in the future from the SD but as far as I know you need the E-Shop version of the game
And where is the save file on the 3ds? The save file of cartridges are on the cartridge and the saves of downloaded content are on the SD

i jokenly said sometimes last years in irc that mostelikely a lego game will be the exploit game to which neimod himseld said that it isnt a lego game since while they have a few bugs but nothing really usefull.
