The PSP is a pretty complicated handheld in terms of its hardware. Even some developers struggled developing games for it in the past. I do not know if now that changed, but we still don't have a decent speed ds emulator for android.

Honestly, PSP Fats are like 50 bucks on Ebay. Just get a deal with a 2 GB Card and just use that.

If you can buy a 200+ Dollar phone, you can spare 50 bucks for a PSP if you want 100% compat.

I don't know, this just doesn't make sense.

Thats not the point, im pretty sure alot of people who want this emulator have a psp i know i do. I want it because its a cool option while on the go and not having to carry around an extra device, its just an extra library of games to play.

While this is a cool option for the PSP, physical buttons are lacking and it severely limits the experience IMO. Some games would actually benefit from not having the buttons on the display. Also the Nexus 4 has been sold out since launch.. Wish they would get their things together and get more out!

Well there are lots and lots of bluetooth gamepads coming out and already released. Some of these more mobile that grip to your phone. Others meant for tablet or Android TV box.

Doesn't that kinda make the point irrelevant when you have another device with out anyways? :P

Not really for things like tv boxes it just gives you more game options. There are psp lookalike android devices which i have many friends who use them for way more than a psp could ever do. This would be PERFECT for them.

Does this mean that there is a 0% chance that there will be a wii emulator for android?
Maybe when your standard ARM device is at least as powerful as today's desktop PCs.

Not that it'd be too hard. ARM's an efficient architecture, and is heading up there in power already, it's just battery life with portable devices is already a big enough problem...
