There have been many occasions I have advocated an all pie and beer/cider diet so you two are misguided at best.

But yes I consider a cereal/breakfast induced sugar rush to be a bad thing, a sugar rush is useful in almost any occasion but not breakfast and not as a function of cereal.

Now if I was going to cause ladies to faint and monocles to pop off then I would accuse bacon of being horrible muck. In fact I do accuse bacon of being horrible muck second only to coffee.
