yea, but wiiflow is supposed to be all about making things ridiculously easy for the end-user (even cIOS selection will be removed from Miigotu's WiiFlow Mod, ie. the "official" wiiflow). Devs have spent time\effort to include game specific fixes for new super mario bros and other games so users don't need to manually hex edit the game's main.bin, so something even simpler to fix like the title length shouldn't be left to the end user to fix either. Anyways, I'm sure it will get fixed eventually. My point was to respond to Anon10W1z's comment and say that I think the WiiFlow dev's should be fixing this issue cuz their goal is to make all games playable without any extra effort from the end-user.

sed -i "s/(.{73}).*/1/" titles.txt
cut -c-73 titles.txt

-- snip --

When I started here in 2009 I take a look into the source of the 3 main usb loader (cfg, gx, wiiflow). And I remember that no programmer takes care of buffer overruns. I wondering that no one uses snprintf() instead of sprintf() or check the length of user input lines. In my programmers live I have learned: Never trust any user input (especially program parameters + input files).

OK why would anyone name a title more than 64 characters? That is so dumb that the WiiFlow makers shouldn't have incorporated this feature.
It's no wiiflow bug, its a devkitppc r25 fail. Back in devkitppc r24 everything works fine. And the limit of titles is 256 in wiiflow btw.

But he will have to learn something. Thats not fair. Can't we all just do it for him. Maybe we should ask Bill Gates. We all know he loves doing things for free.

It's just too difficult to manually move files around, so it's easier to ask someone else to write an app.
[/sarcasm]

FYI, the download link for Lua is broken. Cue the OP asking us to find a working link for him in 3...2...1....

http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Lua_for_Wii - simple® way to code for Wii using a scripting language instead of a full programming language. Might make it possible for you to write some scripts to do what you want instead of begging others to do all the hard work for you.
Thanks SifJar I'll give it a try and post my comments
DeadlyFoez can you give me a link to a better app

Oh the exaggeration. For someone who can code something like this is certainly not hard work.

I don't know what kind of things Lua is capable of, but be careful testing new code on a wii without bootmii @ boot2
It seems that no one will know what to do with this "Lua" it looks more complicated that learning C and Delphi and it has very few examples and documentation.
Even DeadlyFoez might find it hard to use :)
