Gamecube ISO Tool, file not found \games\sys\boot.bin

When I select my source folder with Gamecube Iso tool I get the following error:

File not found : F:\games\sys\boot.bin

Any advice on the issue here?

I see that on my destination drive where I've moved the gamecube games to, there is a sys folder and boot.bin file for each game.

Does that mean there's no way to perform a batch operation and I must do it one at a time?

never use this tool any audiostreaming game will be broken if you plan on using the games on nintendont and they will crash nintendont and the console.even tough they will work on dolphin they wont on nintendont.
