Change the date on your clock and you can earn an extra 10 coins a day per date change.

I put the date back to January 2011, then get ten coins and change it to January 2nd, then 3rd...

I change the date back before I play any games though. Activity log would get messed up and say you played Ocarina Of Time (for example) way back then, haha.
So I only do it when I know my 3DS will be in sleep mode for a while.
edit: I just found out i can change the year backwards, exit to home, then change it back to the real date right after and the steps for the current day are reset! Nintendo needs to at least make the limit 20 or 25...

In theory it should be possible.

Practically: No. Not yet at least. Why?
The streetpass signal is encrypted, and pretty damned well too. It uses a random generated SSID, encrypted signal (WPA2 with AES encryption if I recall correctly) etc etc.

I played Ocarina of Time before it was coo-- released.

I call bullshit on this. in 1998, there were no N64 roms and emulators to be enjoyed especially when using AOL 3/4.0.

Weren't exactly any N64 rom archives to be found. And I seriously doubt you scored a leaked copy, physical or digital, of the Japanese version.
