Hacking Links on the forum that has latest versions for carts Posted?

Ok so much information and updated both carts yesterday (DSTwo and AceKard 2i). Now I'm confused because apparently updates are released for both carts from time to time.

I have a couple questions.

1. Where can I find information (here on the forum) the latest versions I should have currently installed on both of my Carts? I'm looking for one consolidated information /link here on the forum.
2. How do I check what versions I have currently installed. (for both carts).

I know I just went through installing everything and it seems like it's working (I still haven't updated my 3DS) but it's so much information that I'm getting lost on keeping up.

From time to time, I want to bookmark these links and refer back to it just in case a new update is out.

Do we have a posting somewhere that keeps track of the most current versions? I know the carts website has it but does gbatemp have it?

Anything like that would be done by hand.

downloads from filetrip are well organized.
1) downloads are grouped together, if there is a newer version the page will inform you clearly
2) you can subscribe to the file and receive a notification when the file is updated
3) files are usually updated by reliable sources (gbatemp news posting team)
