Code:
postLoader 3.45.1

* Added support for usb homebrew access on neek2o (READ NOTES)
* Corrected a crash introduced in 3.44.3 if neek2o nand is in the root
* PARTIAL built in game cache rebuilder (READ NOTES)
* Updated readmii to v1.2

NOTES:

usb homebrew access
-------------------
postLoader thanks to the "magic code" from obcd can now access directly to usb hdd under neek2o. This is enabled with just 2 line of code. KEEP IN MIND, that even
if postLoader will launch any hb, launched hb will not work correctly if relay on data in usb hdd. Every hb like postloader must be updated to run under neek2o like
postloader do. I hope that a lot of homebrew makers will integrate this modification in their applications.

Built in game cache rebuilder
-----------------------------
postLoader can now rebuild diconfig.bin by internal function only (ONLY) for the following kind of file structure

/wbfs/[gameid].wbfs
or
/wbfs/.wbfs

it is really much faster then neek2o. Reboot seems to be required.

Known issues/todo (in sparse order)

* TODO: Adding patching options to uneek games
* TODO: priibooter gui
* TODO: multy splash screen support
* TODO: patch uid.sys under neek
* TODO: more theme options
* TODO: runtime theme switch
* ISSUE: if a channel png is corrupted, postloader may crash

XFlak do you think you could allow postloader to be installed as a a file in Priiloader when building nands? I'm not sure if this is feasible or not.

I do no think this is a good idea. The first time you boot a nand you have to configure your "new" wii and sync wiimotes. I think it is better to have person66 forwarder channel installed and postloader in sd://app folder. I will add an option to postloader to install itself in priiloader, so all will be all easy.
I can have modmii install anything as priiloader's installed file. It's as simple as renaming the boot.dol to main.bin and saving it to title\0000001\0000002\data\. This can be a forwarder dol or the dol for pl3 itself. I can do that no problem but I cannot change priiloader's autoboot settings. So basically if I were to do that, ModMii's emunands would still load the SM by default (and expand files if it's the 1st boot) until the user changes the autoboot settings to the installed file.
@stfour when you do add the ability to install itself into Priiloader this is will be an amazing feature and I'm sure unknowingly appreciated :) so I'lll be the 1st to say thanks :)

@XFlak your app is already amazing and I only make this suggestion cause for what ever reason when changing main.bin with neekbooter.dol (renaming of course) I had got corrupt system message; probably my mistake as I haven't had time to repeat the steps but it may be useful to someone other then myself but all that aside thank you for your contribution to everyone here.

not all dol's work properly when installed to priiloader, something to do with entry points IIRC. Anyways, in cases like that just install a forwarder dol as priiloader's installed file (main.bin). You can build ur own custom forwarder dol from modmii's main menu enter "A" then "F"

Stfour has such a dol already. It's called neekbooter. It's a small program (basically a simplified priibooter) that acts as forwarder for postloader and has the proper entry points.
I am working (on way to many things) on a version of priibooter that should work on neek2o as well. I like the fact you still can choose 4 possible boot options without the hassle of
going to the priiloader setup.

The one from person66 in first post works perfectly running postloader from

sd:/postloader.dol
sd:/apps/postloader/boot.dol

;)

I prefer the v11b forwarder. It's generally faster, offers better compatibility, and works with sd, usb, fat32, ntfs, ext2, ext3, ext4, etc.
Do you know what type of forwarder is in the first post? Since it's person66's (author of the Universal Forwarder Creator) i would imagine it's probably v11 or v11b (and if that's the case it should also work using the same paths on a USB, not just sd card)

I don't think I updated that app since version 10. I had completely forgot about it. Come to think of it, I have a newer version on my computer that has the 11b forwarder on it. I should probably get around to finishing that version sometime soon :lol:

Will neekbooter/priibooter load postloader.dol from within /apps/postloader now instead of from the SD: root?

@shadownn, I think that priiloader can install files from usb.. copy priibooter.dol in the root of usb. priibooter already support searching of postloader.dol on usb.

I'm reviewing all search path for postloader. I think I will support just [sd]or[usb]:/apps/postloader/boot.dol in near future.
