Seems that Valve is giving us something for Steams security breach. From an email sent by Gabe, Valve is going to be "rolling out some free copies of DOTA 2 and Portal 2 soon".

But the one in the OP is a fake, it should be obvious because Gabe doesn't use a signature and has a different font.
