Could you possibly swap a Wii U disk drive with a Wii one to play Gamecube games using Nintendon't, even if you couldn't run Wii U disks? Even if using ISFSHax or some hardmod, I would like to know, since there is no documentation elsewhere. Thank you.

No, because the Wii U's disc drive is console specific and there's checks to make sure the disc drive is present or not. ISFShax can allow you to bypass those checks to use the console without a disc drive, but that makes the vWii mode unusable (which is where Nintendont runs).

So no, no way to use GameCube discs on the Wii U.

Thank you, but I was saying maybe you could change the drive key in the SEEPROM. If not, I understand.

No, the interface is completly different. The Wii Drive uses the proprietary Disk Interface (DI) while the Wii U uses a SATA interface.

Given that there is no way to do this, and all GC discs are disc-rotting more by the day anyway, why not 🏴‍☠️fly the flag🏴‍☠️ and run GC games off of an SD card or hard drive like the rest of us thieves? They startup faster and it's 100% more reliable than not being able to run them at all.

could someone modify the two drives to combine them? just by taking the internals of the wiiu drive, and the drive lazer, and then attach it to the hardware of the wii's drive?
