Hello!

i've a Ps5 Slim EDM-041 with 1 Beep, Blue light for 2-3 sec and then Power off.

it's my first time to attemp a repair of a PS5 (i've expirience with nintendo console and other electronic stuff)

i've :
- checked all the fuse (ok)
- check main line from the power (no short)
- check common caps near the power line (no short)
- connect to UART and get : 80801101 & 80801601
- change the RAM in slot 1 TOP with a fresh new. same UART error.

digging into the hole, i've found this component (i think is a MoSFET) in picture with a (seems) low impedence of 2 ohm (but maybe it's ok).

if there is someone that can help me it would be great, i kindly need:
- if anyone know that component name (i think it's a mosfet, i'm looking for GA303P with no success... )
- if anyone have a schematis of EDM-041 (with reading, will help a lot)
- if anyone have a clue what else i can check to verify the RAM, since i've change the module but i still have the same error 80801101
- some schema with voltage and reading please <3 <3

thanks a lot! <3

Hello Everyone, thanks to @stetofix i did an analysis on RAM pad.. some wrong value... so i did a full reball of the ram chip and a REFLOW of the APU, it start working perfectly :)

first of that @alex1kgr please check all other common cause ( Fuse, voltage line, short on common capacitor, thermal test). if all of that are ok you can try to check value under the ram pad and if it is wrong proceed with apu reflow (that was my path)

what's involved in the apu reflow? that's a big chip
