My eldest sister had a double mastectomy and was cancer-free for a few years. But where does breast cancer go when you don't have breasts? EVERYWHERE.

Yes, agreed. My grandma had cancer and her markers were actually in check and doing well... But then she fell down the stairs, hitting her head pretty badly and wasn't conscious anymore, and with the head injury being as bad as it was, her body focused on healing that, and the cancer just ravaged her body. Took her in just 2 days time. I'm just thankful I was able to give her a proper goodbye a year prior and that she didn't feel any of it.

Falls unfortunately claim a lot of elderly lives. I know many who have lost much to a fall, young and old. It's always the worst for the elderly however. One wrong move can claim their lives.
