I didn't turn my WiiU on in a while and now it wont load games unless I load them from quick start on the game pad (and when I exit from them the Wii U crashes) . All games just are stuck on the loading screen. What do I do?

Did you try a factory reset? In the end, if it is a corrupted MLC, it could brick your console, though...
Does the Internet and Bluetooth controller work?
