How to prevent a title from using microphone?

I want to disable microphone access for titles to use because I will get annoyed otherwise and I want it to not use microphone?

What games and whats the intended actions that are annoying you? What results are you wanting to see after said mic access is gone. Given that there's even any way of even doing so.

IIRC there's such a permission in a title's CXI's header, but I doubt removing it would help (as in, have the software not crash when it tries to access the now unavailable system functions that, unlike eShop or Miiverse in an offline half upgraded OS, would never be expected to be missing)

If you use external speakers or headphones, the 3DS will use the mic on that. Just break the mic on there and boom, no mic
