Hacking Open NSP/XCI/NSZ files to translate?

Question: is it possible to open NSP/XCI/NSZ file for a game and see where the text for the game is or subtitles and be able to convert it to English?

Each game will need tools made for it specifically because there is so many development environments that made the game so to answer thst is a bope
