The problem is no "Clicking" the stick, clicking the stick works fine, the problem is what when you are moving the stick on a direction the slider "jumps" making a clicking sound and sending bad data to console

That's even worse. But according to your screenshot the issue is addressed and I would be able to get a replacement later on. Thanks for you help. You too, @Lamcza :)

Might be addressed, might not. No one has confirmed getting the revision yet, and buying them is a roulette - you're either getting the original ones that do this or the new revision that might not do this, there's no way to find out until you get them.

even the manufacturer tells: if the problems are a dealbreaker for you, please wait until the original and new batch are gone, or if you receive a defective unit call us

by the way this is the URL on Amazon:

Ok, I got them in today. They sent me a single set of 4 with all the "accessories".

There does not appear to be a clear way to distinguish them from the originals, there's no difference in the packaging anywhere.

They do still have a light clicking sound in one direction, albeit quieter, and feel pretty similar to the original ones with a less pronounced or more difficult to detect "bump" in that same direction and are still quite stiff.

The little domes that sit on top of the main mechanism also seem warped / bent.

I most likely will not have time to install them today, I am moving snakes. 4 isn't quite enough I feel comfortable disassembling one, either.

Not sure if anyone will care, but... I got a set from Gulikit's Aliexpress store around a week ago. When I got them they felt like @AngelofWoe described on the post before me: You could definitely hear a slight click when pushing the stick in one direction, but nothing serious. I tested them on the calibration screen after installing them and couldn't see the "jump" some people pointed out either.

After a week of use, the left stick stoped doing the small click sound completely. The right one still does it, but it is so faint I can't hear over the game music, only if the console is turned off or there's no sound playing. The left one feels like it finally broke in, doesn't feel as stiff as it used too either.

I just made an account to talk about my experience with this sticks, lol. I don't have the money to buy several kits, but if there's anything I can do to test them, let me know.

I thought the little domes were supposed to be flipped up so the big part of the open circle touches the bottom of the cap and then the cup extends down and meshes with the bottom part...making everything clean underneath. Will take a picture when I get a chance.

Yeah, these will take some more time to fix, according to Gulikit.

So far in my test this "revision" has more issues, not less, although the clicking/skipping is slightly less bad than before, the little domes are warped on all 4.

I'd take anything GuliKit claims with a heaping pile of salt.

No problem. Just to add, almost forgot about it, there's still visible gaps between the shell and the joystick.

Yeah they stated explicitly they weren't fixing this in the current version, but may later.

There should not be. There is a thin black plastic piece on the JoyCon shell itself surrounding the stick that is supposed to cover the internals and protect them from dust. Maybe you didn't move this piece over when you did the shell swap? ;)

So they not only did a half assed fix but introduced new issues? That's really bad. Even more so considering the high price. Gonna pass on this for now until they offer more value for the money.

Got mine yesterday but fifteen pages of problem discussion about them makes me not want to even bother until at least my original ones start drifting again. Took them out and moved them around to check for the clicking thing - can't really hear it but I do hear a very faint spring mechanism sound when I push them to one side so who knows. It's not a distinct click.

I did, and also placed it carefully using the small marks on the shell.
