As long as the console is not heating up too much, making noises (including the sound of the fans spinning too much), crashing and/or draining the battery very fast, you're mostly okay. However, there is always a risk, so I strongly suggest that you only overclock when playing a specific game that needs OC to run properly, at the lowest possible setting that allows it to run properly, and return to the default clock speed when doing anything else - including sleep/standby.I did it and that worked
