You just installed the CVer?
I'll have to do some tests soon, maybe you should follow the link I gave you but with the last version of each file.
I don't promise that it should work but it is worth a try.
EDIT: @toto9992 Seems that CVer is used to check if the cartridge has to do an update or not. In this case you were able to launch it even if it bootloop. Maybe it needs some other ressources on the system... I think that NVer may be important too. And maybe other CIAs, I've got to think about it.
EDIT2: New idea... I think that NTR bypass cartridge update, doesn't it?
