This is one of the first forums I've been to, where I've seen moderators/admin act this way. If someone has posted a stupid reply or some irrelevant, the post is meant to be quietly removed and/or the poster sent a warning or something.

How are you supposed to keep order if your attributing to the fights?

You have an internet connection - that doesn't give you the right to download illegal shit and link people to where you can get the illegal shit. Same principal.

i have seen many rom sites/forums over the years get taken down for having illegal stuff linked to them
nintendo contact the hosts who will almost certainly take us down because it's not worth the trouble they will get into
