That was an old tech demo of the movement, just to prove that I am working on it. I have totally fixed the movement problem and it works like a charm.

What was the point of that? I mean really, can I please have my time back? (I watched it)

I never forced you to watch it.. it is 40 seconds long so I think you'll have enough time to live.
That costs 5 penalty points, now I'm releasing it on December the 30th.
Only kidding.

I'm going to aim an AK-47 that fires angry flaming noobs at you until you release it. (and some non-noobs for the fun of it)

No need for that, I already get enough of 'em asking about this project and critisizing it.
TO EVERYONE: It will be released on the 20th and that's that.

Three cheers for noobs!

I call BS.

Alot of people without prior programming background cannot just magically complete a project, or emulate a high quality game like "Legend of Zelda". The limitations are just mind boggling. Music, graphics, sounds, bug testing - a lot of this I doubt has extensively worked on.

Besides all that, it's not that hard to show us screen shots of your real completed progress, as you claim so. You've already lied about the release date too (20th of November previously, now 20th of December.)

Taking account of all factors, I bet someone 100 internet dollars that it is BS.

I'll take that bet. Send me the cash when you're wrong.

He's released a demo engine, not just screenshots. Any jackass can make a screenshot with Photoshop or whatever.

I never said 20th of December.
It is sentences like this:

The demo engine was defiantly not impressive. Skull has apparently made a lot of progress since then but I am also skeptical about this game. It obviously isn't total BS but I think people are expecting too much of this game given the only evidence any work has been done on it is that demo engine. Maybe I will be surprised when it comes out.

I also make the bet.

Oh, and where did you find "20th of December" ?

Can't wait for this game ^^

I knew this would happen.
Honestly, I didn't expect such a crowd in the first place!
I'm just one guy making a game by himself.
Be skeptic all you want, but I will release it on Friday and NO ONE has ANY proof that I won't release it,
And I'm sure you don't want me to not release it do you? Now, just wait untill Friday.

Is there a bet that even more people will claim its BS and then its never going to be released because Skull gets mad ?

Here you go: NEW ZELDA MOVEMENT

It's a little tech demo, but it has fixed movement, NO glitches. Now go weep at your comments, whoever made the bet.
If you hold down 2 buttons at the same time and let go of one button the animation stops but Link continues to move. Its better than the first demo but it isn't glitch free.

I struggled to produce that glitch.. And were you testing it on an emulator by chance? With a keyboard that'll obviously glitch it.

...
Seriously guys -__-
Just stop trolling !
We have NO PROOF at all if he is either lying or not, just wait 3 days, is that a lot ?

Just STFU, we'll see ^^

EDIT : We do have the engine though...

Yes I was using an emulator because this game doesn't boot on my Ds. It seems to happen if you press up immediately after pressing down or right immediately after pressing left. I cannot test this on my Ds but I assume it would possible to produce. Also if you press right and up (or any of the diagonal keys) at exactly the same time the sprite's animation will stop.

I get the same thing, but you really have to try if you really want to stop the animation. It's not like it will affect anything during game play anyway.

xD It took me a while to even get the glitch (using an emulator right now). Its easy to get the glitch if you press any two movement keys at the same time twice in a row (seems to work most of the time).
You should put in rolling xD, then its a fully fleged game, just call it "Rollin Link" (jk xD).

I was curious as to why this game only runs on an emulator and not on a Ds, then I checked the size of the file. 3.75 megabytes, and the only thing in it is a walking sprite and a background. That is huge for a homebrew file. The Ds cannot boot files larger than 4 megabytes and I would guess it's the file size keeping me from booting this game on my Ds.
