Gaming Yugioh 5D Game Glitches?

So I was playing Yugioh 5D fine until I got to the point where you have to collect cards from everyone in the prison. I collected cards from everyone except Taniyama because for some reason, he says, "Alrighty then! Take this!" but there is no noise of me getting the card, I don't actually receive the card, and now I can't advance any further into the game. I used cheats and tried turning them off but it didn't do anything. I even transferred it from the J version to the E version and instead of using it on triple loaded DSTT (because there was an error in loading the save file) I used it on the Supercard DS One system and yet it still didnt work. HAAAALPPPP

hmmm... I don't know what to say about this. You could try starting a new game save and save ur old save on the computer, Or get a save from gamefaqs thats past that part in the game and replace it with your old save. But I don't know what to do about the glitch.
