Misc YU-GI-OH Tournament?

Well it seems everyone would love to do it...I'll work on getting some rules in line and getting my DS fixed (porbably just sell my PSP for the money). I wanna make this an enjoyable experince for everyone, we'll use 2010 but if you have rules I should put in play to make it easier for you retro-players out there please let me know.

Like, Cheating cards is allowed, but no removal of ban lists and such?

ok what do you mean by cheating cards...do you mean using cheats to get all the cards cause I said I would allow that

I am deeply confused, is this the game we~re talking about Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's World Championship 2010: Reverse of Arcadia

If so, ok then I have it, I just need help on playing it lol...

1) What are Forbidden List and banned card
2) What is the section DOWLOAD in the WFC for, is it cards, custom decks or what
3) Aside from the normal duels (like the original yu gi oh games for the GBA) what ttypes are here, which brigns me to the last questin, what type duel we doing here
