Hacking Youtube is broken. How do I fix it?

Any other time, I could watch Youtube from the internet browser just fine, but after the 10.3 update, it shows a "select your firmware" button, and doesn't go any higher that 10.1. I select 10.1 and... Nothin.

Tried the Youtube app, and it stays on the loading screen. There any fix for this? Using rxtools on N3DS.

Use youtube from browser, it has better quality and is more faster than youtube app.
