Gaming YouTube, BT Infinity & Nintendo 3DS

YouTube app does not load.
Instead a message appear like this. Then if I try to go to a provided fix link the app crashes.

BT Parental Controls blocking use of an external DNS server

Note I'm not configured to use an external DNS server and parental controls are disabled - I HIGHLY suspect BT force enable them on Nintendo devices, I know that similarly, TalkTalk force disconnect the Web browser on Nintendo products! Another of the made assumption Nintendo only for kids... not true

But can help? Thanks because no solution exists on the web. Only want to use the YT app to listen to VGM.

Try uninstalling it and deleting any extra data it may have then install it again.
