I've got quite a bad problem at the mo. Tried using the guide in the first post when I saw it on wololo.net, but even though I followed everything perfectly, it goes into system update, waits a few seconds then tells me it couldn't complete the update. After more seconds, it automatically restarts and tries again. This happens infinitely.

Actually, now that I read it again, I was meant to put the 3.72 PUP in another folder. That was pretty dumb of me.

I used the sex to dex

I recovered it by connecting my vita to a ps3 but I had to update to 3.72
I was on 3.68
I used QCMA and 38 XML files a none of them worked
When it was bricked it would boot into safe mode but there were only 2 options
Reset system or update

Wait...So the updated version of Modoru...Does it still need dsll-mdr72 first? Or can I just go directly to Modoru? Because when it says on dsll-mdr72 that the module loaded, I press start to exit then suddenly, I get the stop unload 0x000000 error from it.

This fork of modoru is from the same person that made mdr72.
They claim in the original r/vitahacks post that you don't need dell-mdr72 when using this version of modoru.

how did you do it? I'm trying and researching and getting worried.

"my friend used modoru on 3.72 vita and gets soft bricked. When he tries to reinstall fw via safe mode with qcma, he gets an error about "The latest system software is already installed"
Are you having a problem like this?
today I used modoru to downgrade my vita from 3.72 to 3.65 and have encountered the same problem, if you have not fixed your vita then I can help you.
