I personally don't like SEGA all too much especially since they gave us 16 years worth of shitty games, but OK.

That's a really hard question. I'd say many indie developer teams and solo devs will fit the bill here. I particulaly like the team behind Metroid Dread and Samus Return, MercurySteam.
