Yes, he often release homebrews, but not kexploits, we are good with that.
For exploits, it's smea or plutoo.

11.0 added a check and if you try to install a title of a lower version it rejects the install

i thought the system has ALWAYS had this check... which is why before all the cfws coming out, we couldn't downgrade a title using gateway.

nup. otherwise with the 9.3-10.7 kexploit we wouldn't have been able to downgrade

by the way, can anyone tell me if luma3ds protects you from sysupdater? if it does, i may be considering downgrading my a9lh'ed 3ds to 10.3 and check if his thingy works.

Actually, the latest publicly known kexploit code named slowhax was patched on 11.2, so as of now this will only be possible on <11.2 firmware.

i already saw that. but that does not mean that people must lose hope. tell me, how often stuff like kexploit don't get talked about until they are almost completely usable?

The problem is I know how desperate fans get to play Pokemon (in 18 days) and will be looking to update their systems. These exploits are getting harder and harder to find, hence why some devs have been holding out.

Look for arm11 kernel exploits, heaphax wasn't even released and it got patched in 11.0, it was probably the hope it would go under radar and be released after 10.7

I think we will see people holding out more and more as the 3DS gets to its EOL

i know, hacks are still needed, but now, even with hacks, unless we patch the NFIRM (or downgrade it) we can't do it even with sysupdater and arm11 kernel

Yeah speaking of Four Swords, I had that back in the day it came out and downloaded it in the eShop.
I lost it when I downgraded my 3DS to 4.5 back in the day, and then to 9.2 a few weeks ago. I never formatted sysNAND or emuNAND.
Can I get it back too?
