Gaming Yellowing Gateway Card?

Not that it's really a problem or affects usability at all, but I'm curious if this happened to anyone else.

Look at these side by side shots I took of my two flash carts:

I cannot recall if the Gateway started out as white as the MT-Card but I'm inclined to think it did. Is it just made of crappier plastic? Just seemed odd to me when I had the two next to each other.

(And my Gateway never came with a back sticker either, nor did the MT. Which is probably better anyway, as you can see from the pic it already has a hard enough time fitting in the slot with just one sticker on it)

Why do Nintendo's plastics eventually yellow anyways? My NES isn't yellowing yet, but I've seen plenty of beige-box computers do it too... And I don't know WHY it does it.

Mine started out with a yellowish tint and it was brand new. It feels better than MT card plastic anyway

And what the hell did you do with your GW sticker??
