Hardware Yellow screen and battery drain

Hi everyone, I bought my Switch Smash Bros edition last night and I realized that my battery was discharging very quickly (about 1% every 2 minutes while not playing any games) and my screen seems to be turning yellow:(
Someone could explain to me why please?

Doesn't look like a problem in my opinion. Discharging is normal, when you push the brightness up to max and about the yellowish screen: Seems like the glue didn't dry, so that's also normal and takes a few months. After that, your yellowish screen will disappear.
 
But I compared with my brother's console and mine consumes more battery power with identical settings and same games :/
 
Not sure if this is still the case with batteries and/or the switch. But many devices need to run a bit to calibrate discharge rates on batteries. I wouldn't worry about it much, unless after a few cycles it's noticeably dying quicker than "normal".
