I have "unfortunately" updated to 17544 and it's stopped my consoles from booting many isos.
seems to be the xgd3 ones, but i must add, i have 3 consoles, all have been updated and one still works the other 2 have the same problem since this update, iwill try to explain the best i can so that others can either help me, or that others dont fall into the same trap.
all 3 boxes are fat 'phat' consoles, im pretty sure its 2 xenons and 1 falcon.
the falcon is the one working fine and that has the lite-on drive 16d2s (i think, not opening up again as working fine)
the 2 xenons are the ones with problems, both of them will boot original xbox iso's from xk3y (x360key) and they will also boot older 360 games from xk3y (x360key) but as soon as i try some of the later released games such as fifa 18, horizon 2 or gta 5 and such it shows reading disc but then after a minute of that (or even a lot quicker) it goes to 1 flashing red light on console (lower right red light as console laid flat) and no signal input on tv.... as i say, all consoles are on this newer 17544 and one works fine the other 2 (xenons) don't, one xenon has the hitachi GDR 3120L 0047DJ and the other has Ben-Q VAD6038 FW=64930C... cannot see either of the xenons being spoofed as they both had the free microsoft replacement / repair with rrod. they will both read and boot back-up disc fine too (x360 backups) however, the only games i have on disc to try are older ones and i dont beleive any of them are xgd3. so im guessing the problem lies with xgd3/ap 2.5/ ap 2.6 games and certain models / main boards / drives of the consoles.
if anyone can help me, it would be much appreciated, and i hope ive helped others who have the same combos as the ones i have problems with by not updating just yet and wait to see what the outcome is, as we all know, the xk3y is not getting updates as it was.... Lets hope ms dont get a win after all these years, i for one still love playing a lot of these old classics as well as the newer stuff.
