Hacking wwe smackdown vs raw wont play

Cant get wwe smackdown vs raw 2010 to play on gamma backup launcher, ERROR #002 get sd cant be found error restart to wii. Do I need to get iso 38? I have tried to install it by putting the file on the root of my sd card but can not find it, I have put in wad manager and that still was not able to install it.

so quesstion 1- do i need to go with iso 38 to play
question 2 - if yes how do install iso 38?

thanks its been some time since i have played with my wii and have forgoten how to do a few things...
