Okay, let's say that I have Super Mario 64 DS and it's three save files (.0, .1, .2, etc).

I know that simply dragging and dropping the rom onto the U-DISK is not enough to have it be recognized in the File Manager. The rom actually has to be burned onto the card. My question is, if you drag and drop save files that are identical in name to the original rom, will it recognize the save file? Or does it need to be burned onto the card like the rom? In other words, are you screwed?

All the u-disk basically does is patch NDS roms (and add some handy options - trimming - GBA icons etc etc).

savefiles and anything else which is not a clean-dumped NDS file can be dragged-and-dropped straight on to the G6 using explorer.
