Gaming World Of Warcraft and Games not starting errors

Ok, I downloaded the wow free trial download manager, Streaming version. It downloaded fine and everything was working fine. Until I closed it. I decided to go back to it but i got a error saying it couldn't make a connection to the internet or something. So i uninstalled it and downloaded the manager again, tried it again, I get this error:

Now i tried the other download method but that gives me the same error. Does anyone know why it is doing this to me? It worked perfectly fine awhile ago.

also another problem, this one isn't huge but i hate having problems I always want the solved. When I go to games in vista and try to run one it gives this error:

any help on this?

No idea about the WoW error, never played it.

The second error, it looks like you are trying to run a sort of Vista game shortcut. Try finding the .exe for the actual game, and run it like that

I tried wow again today i got it to installed. I went back to it 5 minutes later, it couldn't start. The same thing happens over and over again.

I fixed the second error, I had to add something to the registry
