Hacking Wood4TT Theme changing fix

I've fixed the THEME change bug on WOOD4TT. I've tried it on my R4i and it's working now without any restart to the cart. If you want me to fix yours, I need the name you're changing the "TTMENU.DAT" with.


Like for example, I've changed mine to iLL.iL to make it my default firmware. I can also do *.nds extension. Just tell me the name and I'll do it for you.


Here's the fix I've made for the iLL.iL extension for the changing of THEMES hang bug when using WOOD4TT:


UPDATE: All packages now has "SOFT RESET" in-game FIXED! (L+R+A+B+Down combination when in-game)

Well, you can try by renaming the TTMENU.DAT to TTMENU.NDS and run that on your default firmware like a regular DS game. Just place the TTMENU.NDS and __rpg folder in the root of your mmc.

My Flash Card as same as your Flash Card

Folder Plugin really helpful when you want use multiple Firmware

Just want to say thanks for your iLL.iL.DAT of WoodDSTT 1.25, it's working great on my sons R4i Gold which came with the www.r4igold.cn address printed on it for those with the same card.

What is "SOFT RESET"?

"SOFT RESET" will take you back to the WOOD4TT's menu when you pressed the combination of "L+R+A+B+Down" when you're in-game.

TTMENU.DAT, where I download? Is the same retrogamefan? Or to rename r4i.dat to TTMENU.NDS ... I am confusing xD

I'm using an r4-sdhc(DSTT based r4 clone) from r4i-sdhc.com on my DSLite, and my microSD is an 8GB Class 4 Kingston.

I have tried all of the versions bar the .3ds one to no avail. My cart requires an "R4.dat" file to boot the contents of the "R4iMenu" folder. Do you think that it could be case sensitive, which could be preventing the "r4.dat" version above from working for me?

For the time being, I am using it as a secondary. I am also using RGF's TTMenu v6.53. Just to make things a little easier, I made a copy of my R4.dat onto my root and gave it a .nds extenstion so I can hop to and from each firmware. Kinda fun for some weird reason,

One other thing was, when I tried out the update above it did not fix the Theme Changing Bug, as it continued to stall for me. I fixed this by replacing the "tt_sd.dldi" file with the one created on the 13/3/2010, it might just be when I downloaded it, but the rest of the files I downloaded had the correct creation dates. I cannot find the link. Would you have the link to the file animex as I think you posted it originally?
