For the millionth time, make sure you themes are in K:\__rpg\ui\ and not K:\__rpg\ui\\Random Folder

And you can change the theme you're using in globalsettings.ini

I've done exactly this and i still get the same problem, does this mean i have a clone or am i making a very stupid mistake?
I am using the default zelda theme that came with version 1.05
All thats in the ui folder is the zelda folder
i've set the ui to zelda in the globalsettings.ini

zelda contains the calender folder, the various images and these two files

If I just got WarioWare D.I.Y. will it automatically create my .nds.sav file to the required 32MB, or do I need to create it some other way?

Yes you can trim Warioware D.I.Y I would suggest it is worth doing for this Rom 128MB before trim and only 16MB after.
I trim off card only to avoid fragmented files.

Yes you can trim Warioware D.I.Y I would suggest it is worth doing for this Rom (128MB before trim and only 16MB after) I use NDS Tokyo Trim
not difficult to find if you don't already have. In answer to your second point yes the game will create a 32MB nds.sav file.

There you go the first game with a sav file twice the size of the game and it works.

On R4Wood? Go to Setting > Show Hidden Folders = No?

I put moonshell.nds on the root of my SD and it open, but when I play the songs, there is no sound at all!
