This is just a rendered video isn't it ?
100% doable on a normal pc. The PS3 is not able to produce such images in realtime , at least not with KI in the background and details so far away. Still it's pretty good. The PS3 is hardcore to code for but when you finished coding you will be happy of the results. Prefer the 360 though because it's much easier to code for and the results are pretty good! Also better for porting to pc afterwards.

:facepalm: please do your RESEARCH before making such statements. We saw the demo live, running on a PS3. The demo was commissioned by Sony themselves.This is not a hoax or April fools, and it's the first demo to show what the PS3 can do. It also has interactive elements, which you can't see unless you were there.

Great tech demo.

@Trulen it was to display what you could do with the ps3, not the graphics but essentially what you can make happen on it. I haven't seen the actual demonstration so I can't comment if any part was interacted with by a person.
