They are their own tiles in their own tileset. They are not included in the one that you have edited.Let me guess, the blocks weren't on the tileset, because they are animated, right?

As you can see, I am WAY more active on this project. So, development on this project will be faster.
Also, this means that the 2nd public demo is coming closer to release at a very fast rate, expect it in the second quarter of October, but this is just an estimate.

We are getting closer to the half of October, the most probable release date for the update.

3Deluxe PB2 will be released on Halloween (Oct. 31), after 5-7PM BST.

Yes, the ends of the 'stairs' are weird, but when we complete the tileset, they'll be looking good as new!
About this one, yes, the fish may be flying instead of falling, but there is no fix... But an alternative.
It'll be replaced by green fish, and they'll follow the player.
But, yikes, this isn't so easy with the random fish flying about!
Just so you know, today I'm having a break. And yes, I do allocate 4-5 (or more) hours to this hack daily. Most is research and tileset issues-fixing, like the 2-2's tileset.

Alpha 2 has been released on that chaos site as a patch, thanks @jackb994 for making the patch possible.
You'll need:
-The SMB. 3Deluxe Wizard from that chaos site
- A CIA of NSMB2 that is decrypted, any region, but must NOT be legit.
-3DS capable of CIA installing (CFW)
There is no romfs yet, sorry HANS users
1. Place the CIA in the same folder as the 'Setup SMB. 3Deluxe.bat' file.
2. Open the file and type the name of the CIA (Without .cia)
3. wait for it...
4. Enjoy your new CIA!
PS: If it asks you to delete anything, that is just a failed feature. You can reply with anything and it'll do nothing.

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.
The issue is DRM -

You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60
