Would this be able to be installed permanently onto a user's 3DS? Like as a CFW that doesn't need to be activated through a profile exploit or otherwise each time you power off and on?

No, that's not possible for anything.

I dont have a copy of Cubic Ninja, i do have a DS Flashcard that also works an a 3DS. I'm now running Palantine's CFW. Is it possible to run Ninjhax thru CFW using the Cubic Ninja CIA and than use this CFW? Im on 4.5E. I like my CFW, but it can't play every game i want to play.

No, you can run ninrhax, but i don't think you can boot into another CFW from that point.
but (i think) you can use PBT-CFW, install cubic ninja on your sysNand, launch it from there, and then run ninjhax to run this CFW.

yes you can run ninjhax

install cia file
copy starter files to sdcard
and wifi connect scan qr code

work perfectly my pal cfw system 4.5.10E

No, that's not possible for anything.

profile exploit its better than swapping cards IMO, for lazy guys like me

It's being written, it's currently at the stage to start writing that type of stuff.

That's awesome! So glad i decided NOT to buy a Gateway! Thanks for the info!
So what can we do with OSKA/Karl now besides seeing if it actually works?

bacause it would boot into the same cfw (or atleast attempt to). If you swap SD cards, the system would lock up due to the NAND being on it.
